Softlogic Capital to raise Rs 1.5 bn

Softlogic Capital PLC has decided to raise Rs 1,500 million via a debenture issue.

Soflogic Capital said in a Colombo Stock Exchange filing that it will issue 15,000,000 Listed, Rated, Senior, Unsecured, Redeemable Debentures, at a price of Rs. 100 each, subject to necessary regulatory approvals.
