
As a part of its continued efforts to recruit members to its ever-growing Team JIT and to support job seekers, Just In Time Group (JIT) has organized its first Virtual Career Fair – on February 11. This is a free registration event, taking place 10:00am to 1:00pm via MS teams.
“As we are all aware, the pandemic has had a great impact on businesses especially on the hiring process, as many employers and job seekers have sought to utilize what may have been previously unfamiliar methods of recruitment and career development,” said Dilshani Fernando – Group Manager HR. “By leveraging on virtual services, we continue to connect with job seekers and find the best of breed talent”
This first, JIT Virtual career fair aims to enhance the company’s recruitment efforts to provide a robust and multi-faceted service with a skilled and varied pool of candidates that can service all industries. The Virtual Career Fair will be conducted by the HR Team together with the IT Resource Outsourcing Unit, where they will be covering the required candidate qualifications, experiences and interested areas when hiring, and additionally, JIT’s HR Team will also talk about its unique Culture and Business strengths. The fair will be aligned for job seeking professionals, students and graduates.
This will be the first of a series of Virtual Career Fairs planned for 2021, to highlight the demand of opportunities in the ICT sector, giving job seekers the chance to ask questions directly to learn more on the opportunities and about JIT.
