Special unit to collar illegal tree-fellers

Public Security Minister (Rtd.) Admiral Sarath Weerasekara has arranged for a new Special Task Force (STF) unit to arrest illegal tree-fellers.

He urged the public to provide information on such illegal acts to the unit through the hotline 1997.
