Good response for Mode Group’s third apartment project

Mode Group of Companies laid the foundation stone for their at IBC Road Wellawatte. This will be a 30 unit project.

Managing Director Arundawanathan Anosan and Director Hamzapriya (both qualified Structural and Civil Engineers) said that they received very good response from buyers and already 15 units have been sold.

Mode Group and other subsidiaries, have been contributing towards the entire profit portfolio of the group. Mode Group with subsidiaries companies, Mode Engineering, Mode Trading Ltd and Mode Maintenance Ltd of Company first launched their 32 unit apartment project also at IBC Road,Wellawatte and all 32 Units were sold.

Their second 28 unit project was at Beach Road, Mount Lavinia and the final construction in now in progress and 25 units have already been reserved. In addition to their engagement of developing condominium properties, Mode Engineering which has been established in 2017 is also involved in number of government projects. Managing Director Anosan said the company is planning to launch several other projects in 2021.
