AIA used online platforms such as MS Teams and Face book live to engage employees with helpful sessions on mindfulness and meditation and achieving that fine work-life balance when working from home. AIA also hosted the company’s first-ever digital Company Conference to celebrate employees for their commitment and contribution to the company.
Despite the obstacles posed by the pandemic and curfew, AIA was able to keep staff engaged and motivated throughout the year.
