Thailand Ambassador to Sri Lanka Chulamanee Chartusuwan met with Deputy Minister of Developmental Strategies and International Trade Nalin Bandara at the Ministry in Colombo recently.
The minister said that it is the intention of his government to continue the strong bilateral relationship between the two countries in both religious and economical aspects which has a history of centuries.
The ambassador said that in addition to encouraging Thai investors to invest in Sri Lanka the government of Thailand will provide assistance to Sri Lankan government to improve in areas of agriculture, tourism and technology. S. T. Kodikara, Secretary of the Ministry of Developmental strategies and International Trade also took part in this meeting.
