Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts chain will break ground on Sunday to construct its second ‘Red’ concept hotel in Kandy adding another star class hotel to the Kandy city line.
Cinnamon Red in Kandy will have 210 rooms and is expected to be ready by 2020 an official from Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts said.
The first luxury Cinnamon Red Hotel with 243 rooms was opened for business on September 2014. Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts chain invested Rs. 3.5 billion for the project.
