Ceylinco Life policyholders can now make their premium payments at over 350 Cargills Food City outlets island-wide, consequent to an agreement between the life insurance leader and Cargills Bank.

The initiative is driven by “Cargills Cash” service provided by Cargills Bank and the facility will be available 365 days of the year, from 8am to 10pm for cash payments of Ceylinco Life Insurance premiums, the company said.

Policyholders simply have to fill out Cargills Bank deposit slipsavailable at the outletsin favour of Ceylinco Life Insurance Ltd., with their policy numbers and handover the premium payments to the Cashiers. The process is convenient, and the facility increases accessibility to payment pointsin most parts of the country.

Notably, a milestone agreement signed between Ceylinco Life and Sri Lanka Post two years ago also enabled policyholders pay their premiums at over 600 post offices and over 3,400 sub post offices in the country.

Ceylinco Life policyholders have several other options too for the payment of their premiums. Besides visiting a branch or making the payment via mobile Point-of-Sale (mPOS) devices carried by the company’s sales personnel, they may pay their premiums online, by bank or credit card standing order, or via the ‘eZ Cash’ mobile payment platform of Dialog or the ‘Mcash’ service of the Mobitel network.
