OPPO, a leading global smartphone brand has introduced two new smartphone models in its A Series.
Whilst the mid-tier ‘Triple-Camera Phone’, the OPPO A31 is already available, the entry-level ‘Bigger-Battery - Better-Performance’ OPPO A12 will be available by this week.
With 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM, OPPO A12 features smooth performance with all the mainstream settings, such as Rear Fingerprint Sensor, Octa-core Processor and AI Dual Rear Camera, making it a significantly considerable option for entry level users.
OPPO A12 has a Riding Mode for those who ride to commute which keeps one focused and safer on the road by blocking unimportant calls and notifications. Smart Assistant presents the most relevant information on the home screen for easy access, saving you the trouble of going through the apps one by one. Smart Sidebar is a “magic portal” on the side of your screen, through which you can transfer and switch between apps.
OPPO A12 also features Dirac, a sound optimization feature, which could automatically switch to the best sound effect settings for games, audio, and video to provide you with immersive sound.
OPPO A12 features a 6.22” Waterdrop Eye Protection Screen of 1520×720 resolution, offering highly immersive entertainment experience and prevents eye strain while protecting eyesight.
OPPO A12 encompasses AI-powered Dual Rear Cameras - 13MP main camera + 2MP depth camera. The 13MP main camera, supporting burst mode and 6x digital zoom, captures natural scenes with higher resolution and more detail, while the 2MP depth camera provides depth data for enhanced bokeh effect in Portrait Mode to shoot great portraits.
Whilst the 5MP front camera, powered with OPPO’s self-developed AI Beautification can intelligently optimize selfies, the AI Beautification could automatically detect skin quality, age, gender, and skin tone, and create tailored solutions for different groups to amplify the beautiful elements of one’s self.

The newly designed Nano-Waterdrop Notch of OPPO A31 is 31.4% smaller than before resulting in a larger screen.
