The Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), the Nation’s Management Mentor, strengthened its long-standing relationship with Hemas Manufacturing by conducting an Executive Development Programme (EDP) focusing on the areas that mattered a lot for the company’s overall productivity.
Prof. Ajantha S. Dharmasiri, Director, PIM, delivering the welcome address at this award ceremony reminisced the continued relationship the PIM had with the Hemas Manufacturing Pvt Ltd, in the recent past, especially in the conduct of a number of such executive development programmes. Niranjan Perera, Director, Human Resources, and Rakesh Khosla, Managing Director, FMCG Sri Lanka, remarked that they have embarked on this series of EDPs with the PIM, as it has been proved these programmes conducted thus far, have had a significant impact on the affairs of the company. They congratulated the executives for successfully completing the programme and wished them well in their future commitments.
