Varun Beverages Lanka Pvt. Ltd., (VBLL) a leading carbonated soft drink manufacturer and the exclusive bottler for Pepsi in Sri Lanka, has recently been awarded the Best Employer Award for 2019 at Taj Samudra Colombo.
This award, given by the Employer Branding Institute is in recognition of the multiple employee related initiatives taken by VBLL over the years; the most recent being the launch of an integrated employee engagement program encompassing all its employees.
