Writing appropriate Business Proposals for loans and funding is challenging. Moreover, many people are unaware of the basis of assessment when proposals are considered, hence the effort put into drafting a business proposal often goes to waste.
The Chamber Academy in its continuous efforts to uplift the private sector businesses in the country, offers a hands-on full day training programme, captioned “Master the Art of Business Plan Writing for Loans and Funding” with two well-renowned resource persons, on August 30, from 8.30a.m. to 5.00 p.m. at The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.
The workshop, conducted by Ravi Bamunusinghe and Champal de Costa is designed to cover all aspects of business proposal writing. It will include components on how to formulate viable business plans and project proposals acceptable to outside financiers, techniques of evaluation of credit proposals, cash flow management, investment appraisals and other relevant areas in which entrepreneurs and proposal writers should essentially be conversant.
Mr. Bamunusinghe is an entrepreneur and lecturer on Management Consultancy and Business Research. He was the founder/Managing Director of two very successful business research agencies in Sri Lanka.
Costa was attached to the DFCC Bank PLC, in the capacity of a Vice President, engaged in retail & corporate banking. Through the experience over 20 years at the bank, he has imparted knowledge to entrepreneurs of diverse sectors. Before coming to the banking sector, he has worked as a Chartered Civil Engineer attached to multi-disciplinary projects of both state and foreign entities.
