HealthRecon Connect was recently recognized as a Great Place to Work for the second consecutive year.

The certification places HealthRecon Connect in a class of its own, validating its commitment towards sustainable people management practices. Still in its third year of operations, HealthRecon Connect has improved and enhanced on the solid foundation of people practices driven by the company Values or “CREDO.”

Commenting on the accolade, Chief Executive Officer Denver Fernando stated, “We are delighted to receive this recognition for the second consecutive year.

The company went through tremendous growth within the year, which necessitated rigorous attention to driving culture and values. We continue to invest in the team with the belief that a team who trusts each other and trust in the vision of the company, would lead to customer delight.

We share this achievement with our team.

The catalyst of people practices is the team who lives it and as such, we salute our team for embracing the philosophy and continuing to live the values.”

The Great Place To Work Institute conducts the largest annual research study aimed at identifying, recognizing, learning from and spreading the best practices of organizations that achieve business objectives by being great workplaces. Participating organisations are assessed through two lenses, the employee perspective gauged through a survey questionnaire and the managerial perspective, gauged through a comprehensive audit of practices and policies covering the life cycle of an employee in the Organisation.

“We are committed to practicing our people philosophy in a manner that affects each individual as a whole, engaging and empowering them to achieve great outcomes both personally and professionally. This year too, we have placed a heavy focus on maintaining our Values, while the company grew exponentially.

Values are the nucleus of performance management, career advancement, recognition, communication and engagement. Our team has shown great tenacity and passion in this journey, while this achievement belongs to all of them,” stated Thilini Ekanayake, Head of Human Resources.
