
Air India (AI) is offering special baggage allowance to students under the scheme ‘Maharaja Scholars’ offer. The offer is applicable to students originating their international journey from Colombo and traveling via India on a valid student visa.
Students purchasing a Return ticket originating from Colombo are entitled for the same facilities in the return direction too.
The additional baggage allowance is applicable over and above the Free Baggage allowance reflected on the ticket. Passenger on enrolment to AI Frequent Flier Program (FFP) will be credited with 1000 mileage points at the completion of the first flight operated by either Air India or its Star Alliance partner.
