Hayleys PLC said it will raise Rs. 3 billion via a debenture issue. The company in a Colombo Stock Exchange Stock filing announced that it would make an initial issue of 20 million listed rated unsecured senior redeemable five year (2019/2024) Debentures, at a value of Rs 100 each, with an option to issue up to a further 10 million debentures at the discretion of the Company in the event of an over-subscription of the initial Issue.
