The Bank of Ceylon Regional Loan Centre in Trincomalee and BOC Akkaraipattu branch recently jointly conducted an awareness programme to Akkaraipattu Zonal Education office staff on BOC Sirimadura housing loan.
The Bank of Ceylon has revived the property loan scheme introduced for government officers to help them purchase their land or house, repairing existing house and construction of house.
An officer is entitled to apply for loan up to 3 million. The re-payment could be arranged for a period of 25 years or till reaching retirement.
The event was organized by BOC Trincomalee Regional Loan Centre Marketing Officer W.A.N. Dananjaya while Business Development Executive M. Mithursan, BOC Akkaraipattu branch officials K. Thusanthan and A. Amalnath conducted the programme.
