Bogawantalawa Tea Estate in a Colombo Stock Exchange Stock filing announced that it would make an initial issue of 10,000,000 Senior, Listed, Rated, Convertible, Unsecured, Redeemable Five year (2019/2024), Six year (2019/2025) and Seven year (2019/2026) debentures at an issue price of Rs.85 each to raise Rs. 850 million.
The subscription date will open on July 18.
