The Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau (SLTBP), would host a mega Consumer Promotional Fair in Tumbalong Park, Sydney in Australia on November 23 and 24, to link Australian hotels with Sri Lankan suppliers.
This is the second occasion that this event is hosted, while last year over 20 Sri Lanka companies and 5,000 Australian hoteliers attended the event,” and official from SLTPB said.
The aim of the event is to identify interested tourism related industry members from Sri Lanka to participate at the Consumer Promotion event in Australia, to market Sri Lankan products to Austrian hotel supply chains.”
The event is ideal for Gem and Jewelry suppliers, Handicraft, Batiks suppliers of spices, tea, fruit and vegetable, Wellness Tourism and other service providers.”
There would be a large stage with 20 stalls at the venue, while several destination marketing promotions through cultural and tourism events too would be held.
