The Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka celebrates International Women’s day on the theme ‘Women in leadership: Achieving an Equal Future in a COVID-19 World’ on Monday, 8t March 2021 from 3.00pm – 4.45 P.M. via online zoom platform.
The webinar will be inaugurated by Chief Guest Amena Arif, Country Manager for IFC Sri Lanka and Maldives and the welcome address will be delivered by Prof. Lakshman R. Watawala, President and CMA Sri Lanka.
The Keynote presentation will be delivered by Gayani De Alwis, Global Chairperson WiLAT and Immediate Past President CILT.
The webinar will conclude with a question and answer session where participants will also have an opportunity to discuss practical applications and obtain clarifications via chat option.
Suranga Herath, CEO, English Tea Shop UK and Ms. Dilrukshi Kurukulasuriya, Chief Human Resources Officer, Diesel and Motor Engineering PLC will share their thoughts and experience on Women in leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID 19 world.
The presentations will be followed by a panel discussion and it will be moderated by Ms. Chamila Cooray, General Manager -Operations, WNS Global Services (Pvt) Ltd. The eminent panelists are Darshini Watawala, consultant and Gowri Shankar, consultant. The webinar will conclude with a vote of thanks delivered by Kumari Wijewardena, Chairperson, CMA Women Leadership Committee and Deputy Secretary, Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
