Vinod Moonesingha assumed duties as the new chairman of the Ceylon German Technical Training Institute (CGTTI-German Tech).
Minister of Foreign Relations and Skills Development, Employment and Labour Relations, Dinesh Gunawardena handed over his appointment letter earlier. Moonesinghe, a chartered engineer by profession, has also worked as a writer and an editor of several business magazines. In his capacity as the chairman of CGTTI, Moonesinghe plans to bring in necessary changes to develop the technical education sector in keeping with the goals of the national strategy presented by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa.
