Vietnamese Ambassador to Sri Lanka Ho Thi Thanh Truc will grace the event as the Chief Guest, Consulate General and Deputy Ambassador attached to the Vietnam Embassy in Colombo Tran Trong Thanh, Local Government Chairman Madhusanka and a limited number of businessmen and women will take part in the Business Forum, Kader said.
A business delegation from Kandy District will leave for Vietnam soon and they have been intending to hold bilateral discussions with the leading exporters there to enhance their business networks with them.
Through such mechanisms the importers in Sri Lanka would benefit while strengthening the cultural and economic relations between Sri Lanka and Vietnam, Kader added.
