Colombo bourse continued the positive momentum yesterday amidst price gains seen in several trading stocks along with the net foreign inflow. Thus, the All Share Price Index increased by172.4 points (+1.8%) to close at 9,881.5 whilst S&P SL20 Index gained by 25.2 points to close at 3,578.7.
Commercial Leasing & Finance, LOLC Holdings, Expolanka Holdings, Browns Investments and LOLC Development and Finance remained as the top positive contributors to the ASPI during the day.
Further, broader market’s total turnover stood at Rs.4, 268.5 mn against the 12-month average daily turnover of Rs. 4,024.1mn.
