The Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (CMA) will conduct another knowledge sharing Continuing Professional Development virtual webinar on the ‘New Securities and Exchange Commission Of Sri Lanka Act’ on Tuesday, 12th October 2021 from 6.00 pm – 8.00 pm via the online zoom platform.
The welcome address will be delivered by Prof. Lakshman R. Watawala, Founder President, CMA Sri Lanka.
The Keynote Presentation on ‘New Securities and Exchange Commission Of Sri Lanka Act No 19 Of 2021’will be delivered by Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka Chairman Viraj Dayaratne.
The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion which will be moderated by Lanka Rating Agency Ltd Group CEO Adrian Perera and three eminent panellists consisting of SEC Commissioner Manil Jayesinghe, Tokyo Cement Group Chairman Dr Harsha Cabraal and Nithya Partners SeniorPartner Dr Arittha Wikramanayake.
