Lanka IOC in partnership with the Abans Group launched a mega campaign on November 5. covering Colombo and Gampaha districts.
The promotion aptly named ‘Abans – Lanka IOC Seasonal Bonanza – Tank up & Win attracted a large number of SMS’s from their loyal customers who patronize Lanka IOC retail outlets for their fuelling needs in the districts of Colombo and Gampaha.
Accordingly, the second fortnightly draw of ‘Abans – Lanka IOC Seasonal Bonanza – Tank up & Win’ was held on December 2, at Abans Showroom, Colombo City Centre Shopping Mall, Colombo 2 officiated by Dimantha Dayarathna, Senior Tax Officer, Department of Revenue, Western Province in the presence of the senior management from both Lanka IOC and Abans including Manoj Gupta, Managing Director, Lanka IOC, Darshana Munasinghe, CEO Abans , Girish Ranjan, Senior Vice President, Retail Sales and HR, Lanka IOC and Promod Jain, Senior Vice President Finance, Lanka IOC along with Subramanian Asst Manager Marketing SAMMS Juke Box, India.
‘Seasonal Bonanza Tank-up & Win’ Mega Campaign launched in November is a joint promotional initiative by Lanka IOC in partnership with the Abans Group.
The second promotional thrust saw even greater publicity, enthusiasm and response than the previous draw. Lucky winners selected digitally this fortnightly are of LED TV to Sharafdeen Azardeen customer of Felix Pereira & Sons Retail Outlet, Colombo, W.A.K.G.C. Pradeep Kumara customer of A.W. Ranasinghe Retail Outlet, Colombo and Nova Siman Luke customer of Tea Carim, Golden Family Enterprises, Gampaha.
All stakeholders of this campaign intend to ensure that the momentum of this promotional scheme will make even greater geo social inroads thus garnering and possibly exceeding targeted forecasts. The positive intensity of the response to this campaign further reinforces all players involved to upgrade the standards, commitment, civic and social responsibility to even greater heights.
Speaking at the Draw, Manoj Gupta, MD Lanka IOC PLC said “Parallel to the campaign, yet integral to it, is Lanka IOC’s commitment to citizen safety and driving/fueling ecosystems. He also urged upon the motorists and the valued customers to play the pivotal role in the conservation of the energy stating that while regular servicing of the vehicles is a must along with the usage of the standard quality of the lubricants, he emphasized upon the Solarization of the Sheds that is being undertaken by LIOC in a big way.
The promotion will be valid till December 31 at 68 Petrol Shed of Lanka IOC in the districts of Colombo and Gampaha. The Grand Draw will be held in January 2020.
