‘e-Thilina’ donates computer lab to Nakulugamuwa school

Students using the new computer laboratory at Galagama MahaVidyalaya Nakulugamuwa.

 

Esoft Metro Camps, which has launched the ‘e-Thilina’ community service oriented initiative in partnership with Sirasa Television, donated a fully-fledged, Computer Laboratory with internet and other modern facilities to the Galagama Maha Vidyalaya-Nakulugamuwa recently.

Under this Esoft Sirasa collaboration, a deserving school is provided with a fully-equipped Computer Laboratory every month on the basis that such a vital facility is unavailable despite the presence of students either clever at IT (Information Technology) or keen to pursue the subject as part of their educational curricular and for professional advancement in the long-term.

The opening of the modern Computer Laboratory at the Galagama MahaVidyalaya-Nakulugamuwa, was held under the patronage of Nishan Sembacuttiaratchy, Chief Executive Officer, Esoft Metro Campus, Upul Dassanayake General Manager Esoft Metro Campus, Metro Campus, Damith Pathirana, Branch Manager Esoft Metro Campus Matara, Sameera Rajapaksha Branch Manager Esoft Metro Campus Tangalle, Harsha Ravindra Assistant Manager Branch Operations Esoft Metro Campus, Daminda Nissanka Sales Manager MBC, M TV, Sanath Nandana Executive Programme Sirasa TV, Kameel Ismail – Marketing Executive–Sirasa TV and Miss P.K. Edirisinghe, Principal, Galagama Maha Vidyalaya Nakulugamuwa.

Esoft Sirasa ‘e-Thilina’ CSR project donated the first Computer Lab to Kumbukwewa Maha Vidyalaya at Ibbagamuwa, Kurunegala. Under this CSR project donated to Galagama MahaVidyalaya-Nakulugamuwa, is eighteenth Computer Lab.
