AIA Insurance has designed a tailor-made Pension scheme specially offered to the Senior Management and Employees of Projar Lanka Pvt Ltd, intended at ensuring their financial protection prior to and during retirement.

Designed to secure a decent retirement income for the employees and their families, AIA’s specially crafted pension’s solutions provide a Life Insurance Cover with an Accident Death Benefit, Hospitalization Benefit (Per Day) and Critical Illness Benefit along with a Pension Fund.

As the Best Life Insurance Company in Sri Lanka for two consecutive years (awarded by Global Banking and Finance 2019, 2020) AIA’s mission is to help Sri Lankans live healthier, longer, better lives and this specially designed cover intends to, in a small yet meaningful way, do just that.

Speaking at the Policy handing over ceremony AIA’s Agency Director Chanaka Liyanage commented “AIA Sri Lanka is always looking at providing solutions to Corporates and their employees with living benefits such as hospitalization through health covers and peaceful retirement through pension schemes. And in the event of an unfortunate situation to the main policyholder, these solutions would be a real strength and support to the beneficiary or immediate family. Our job is therefore to help corporates provide the best savings options and protection for their employees.”

Director of Projar Lanka Eduard Rybin commented as a progressive company we are concerned about the financial security and wellbeing of our employees, especially after they retire and no longer have a steady monthly salary coming in.

“We are delighted to have one of the country’s leading insurers, AIA, helping us to ensure that they have a stable source of income and savings in their golden years.”
