Seylan Bank Runners Up at ACCA Sustainability Reporting Awards

Seylan Bank emerged runners up in the banking sector at the 16th ACCA Sri Lanka Sustainability Reporting Awards 2020, which concluded recently.

The entries were judged on a global criterion including credibility, comprehensiveness, quality and communication of their reports and are aligned with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines for sustainability reporting.

As a responsible corporate citizen, Seylan Bank’s approach to Sustainability focuses on transforming its stakeholders’ livelihoods by creating both economic and environmental value through its activities. By reducing its environmental impact, and enhancing the impact of its social initiatives, the Bank strives to drive sustainable growth and wealth creation by integrating the core attributes of transparency and accountability throughout its business strategy.
