Chrissworld Limited will be listed on the Empower Board of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) with effect from May 18, 2021. The company will be listing 30,000,000 Ordinary Voting Shares and will be classified under the “Industrials” sector.
The listing of Chrissworld Limited is followed by a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) held on April27, 2021. The IPO was oversubscribed on the first day itself and raised Rs. 56.25 million.
