Rebranded as CIPM People Management Solutions Division, the division’s experienced resource pool comprising of Chartered HR Professionals, business and industry experts are fully geared to provide the crucial advantage to ensure that organizations have cutting edge people management solutions that will be required to navigate and lead in the challenging business environment in the New Normal.
This people management intervention is designed to play a significant role in improving the key functions of HRM in industries and related governmental institutions, firms, small and medium-sized enterprises.

Corporate training organizes seminars and workshops which are tailor-made to the public and corporate sector for specific needs, whereas the job placement services aim to provide the best talent for corporate recruitment needs.
These solutions will help organizations both in the private and public sectors to modernize, innovate and reposition the HR outlook to suit the ever-changing business environment in today’s context.
Furthermore, several courses and programmes offered by the CIPM People Management Solutions Division has been registered under the Tertiary and Vocational Education Act No. 20 of 1990 by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission. These are the Executive Certificate in Occupational Safety, and Health (ECOSH), Certified HR Auditor Programme, Supervisory Development Programme, Executive Development Programme and Management Development Programme.
Due to the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation in the country, CIPM has decided to shift to online operations ensuring minimum disruption to its services. CIPM has already implemented successful work-from-home environments in keeping with the government request while delivering all our usual core services. Accordingly, all the corporate training programs are now scheduled as online programmes.
