
The Colombo Chapter of Junior Chamber International Sri Lanka (JCI) which was introduced in 1954 and Humanitarian International that commenced operations in 2014 founded by Dr. Dilhan Sampath Jayatilleke and serves in the position to date organized a Medical Camp at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Balagala, Wattala.
Jayatillike is also the President of JCI Colombo this year.
The project had the presence of five Doctors who went on to serve 340 patients during the day which commenced at 9.00 a.m. and went on till 4.00p.m. Medication required was provided and at the same time while a separate Blood Sugar Test counter was also in place.This initiative was ably supported by the St. Vincent De Paul Society of the Church as well. The main sponsors of the project were Dreams Consolidated which is a company providing marketing communication solutions as well as Dreams Trading which is into commodity trading. Dr. Dilhan Sampath Jayatilleke serves as the Head – Business Development of both these companies.
