The Sri Lankan arm of the Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association (WISTA) honoured P.S.M. Charles, Director General of Customs as a recognition to the yeoman service rendered to the industry at WISTAs 5th anniversary held on Tuesday in Colombo. Sagala Ratnayake, Minister of Ports & Shipping & Southern Development hands over the award to P.S.M.
