Mountain Hawk Express Pvt Ltd (MHE), licensee of Federal Express Corporation and TNT in Sri Lanka, was ranked amongst the 25 Best Workplaces in Sri Lanka, by Great Place to Work in Sri Lanka for the forth consecutive year.
The company also won the silver award under the ‘Small Scale Enterprise category at the event held at the Shangri La Hotel, Colombo.
The ranking was based on the results of an extensive survey conducted by the Great Place to Work in Sri Lanka, involving over 50,950 employees from 90 companies representing over twenty industry verticals.
This year, FedEx, including Mountain Hawk Express, was recognised amongst ‘Asia’s Best Multinational Workplaces’ for 2019. MHE was amongst the eight organisations in Sri Lanka which was recognised by the Asia List for their dedication to sustain high trust cultures for employees.
The Great Place to Work annual study of ‘Asia’s Best Workplaces’ recognises great workplaces in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East. More than 1,200 organisations are considered, representing the voices of over 1.6 million employees across eight countries.
