The Bourse ended on a positive note yesterday as the ASPI increased by 1.00% or 56.06 points to close at 5,653.43 points, while the S&P SL20 Index also increased by 0.71% or 19.49 points to close at 2,757.06.
Market Turnover increased by ~39.09% relative to yesterday to amount to Rs 0.56 billion while crossings for the day amounted to 25.9% of the day’s total turnover. Foreign Investors meanwhile, recorded a net outflow of Rs 257.5 million over the day compared to a net inflow of Rs 205.7 million recorded yesterday.
