The modernized ‘Bilal Emporium’ in Batticaloa, a the leading textile shops in Batticaloa, was opened by the Rehabilitation and Resettlement state Minister M.L.A.M. Hisbullah recently. The ceremony was presided over by Managing Director of the Bilal Emporium K.M. Kaleel. Batticaloa district Traders’ Association President M. Selvarajah, Batticaloa Civil Community Organization President S. Mamangarajah and the business communities all participated at this function.
