Vertin introduces ‘automatic body temperature measuring system’ to prevent COVID-19

Vertrin International has introduced a latest version of the automatic body temperature measuring system, for the use of minimizing the spread of COVID-19 in Sri Lanka.

Using thermal cameras, officials can be more discrete, efficient and effective in identifying individuals that need further screening with virus-specific tests. Accompanying artificial intelligence would detect and alert when individuals with a high fever are present. Mass fever screening will help limit the spread of the corona virus and help to keep high-risk individuals safe. Easy and fast setup automatic body temperature measuring units can be relocated to different entrances when crowd control is needed. It is also compatible with remote screening. Commenting on the introduction the Proprietor of Vertrin International Dassanayake said, “ we are proud to be able to put this into the market, when everyone is searching for ways and means to minimise the spread of this pandemic. And safeguarding workforce and customers from COVID-19.

Launched in 2007, Vertrin International has been in the forefront of supplying measurement equipment to Universities, Government Departments and Armed Forces.
