Renuka Hotel PLC shares will begin trading from Tuesday on the Diri Savi Board, the company said in a stock exchange filing.
A ‘reference price’ of Rs. 139 per share has been set for Renuka shares and it would be classified under the ‘hotel and travels’ sector.
The hotel built by Alfred Thambiayah, formerly known Renuka Hotels Ltd, was opened in 1972.
It was later expanded to two buildings and still remains as family-owned hotel.
