CIC Holdings purchases 70% shares of Unipower

CIC Holdings PLC has purchased a total of 376,600 Ordinary Shares in Unipower (Private) Limited at a price of Rs.632.17 per share, constituting 70% of the total number of shares in issue in Unipower (Private) Limited.

Unipower (Private) Limited shall now be a subsidiary of CIC Holdings PLC.
