In a bid to create stronger leadership skills a Business Planning meeting and a motivation campaign was held with the participation of the 2020 achievers team of the Ragama branch of AIA Insurance Lanka PLC, at the Forest edge Kabana Hotel, Deniyaya recently. This was organized by the Regional Manager of the Ragama branch Malcolm Krishantha Silva. This team also gained another novel experience by taking a hike to the Sinharaja Forest.
