Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and travel restrictions, the Board of Directors of the Asian Development Bank has approved that the 2020 Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors will be held in two parts.
A meeting will held on 22 May 2020 at ADB Headquarters in Manila which will only be for Governors through their designated representatives based in Manila. A full scale Annual Meeting will be held from 18 to 21 September in Incheon, Republic of Korea which will be open to participants. Please note that all invitations to register and confirmation of registration issued prior to this day are no longer valid. ADB will be sending out new invitations and registration details to participants for the Annual Meeting in Incheon.
ADB and the Government of the Republic of Korea prioritizes the safety of participants. We will continue to monitor developments on COVID-19 and provide updates on any changes on the above.
