Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited (Allianz Lanka) was recognized yet again as a “Company with Great Managers” at the Great Manager Awards (2018), held recently at The Kingsbury Hotel, Colombo.
The event also saw six managers from Allianz Lanka walking away with Great Manager awards. Hemantha Yattowita, Manaram Panwilawanththa, Jayanath Alwis, Ruwan Weerasinghe and Mr. W. J. M. Ranga Dias were recognized as Great Managers in the Driving Results and Execution category. Prasanna J. Kodikara received the Great Manger award in the Enhancing People Performance category.

Organized in Sri Lanka by the Colombo Leadership Academy in partnership with People Business India, the Great Manager Awards are conferred by The Great Manager Awards, a global human resource management consulting body committed to improving performance capabilities and business acumen of partner organizations.
