Odel has entered into an agreement with Shangri-La Hotels Lanka (Private) Limited yesterday to take on lease for a total area of 52,454 sq ft. in ‘The Mall at One GalleFace’, for a period of five years from the date of commencement, with an option to renew the agreement for another five-year period upon the terms and conditions the parties may then mutually agree.
