Commercial Bank announced that the Rights issue of shares approved by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 19 to issue 84,649,465 Voting shares and 5,811,601 Non-voting shares was oversubscribed.
The only Sri Lankan bank to be ranked among the Top 1000 banks of the world for six years consecutively, Commercial Bank operates a network of 256 branches and 668 ATMs in Sri Lanka.
