The second Sri Lanka investment summit in Asia, first ever in Hong Kong will begin today at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Kowloon with the participation of over 200 investors.
FinanceAsia, the presenter of the summit said the inaugural Sri Lanka Investment Summit held in Singapore last year was an unprecedented success.
Finance Minister Ravi Karunanayake will open the summit, and speak on ‘Macroeconomic Policy Targets, Fiscal Consolidation Plan and Recent Track Record.
Central Bank Assistant Governor K. D. Ranasinghe, Director General Board of Investment Duminda Ariyasinghe and IMF Resident Representative to Sri Lanka and the Maldives Eteri Kvintradze are among the panel of speakers at the summit.
The Summit has already attracted some 200 registrations.
