The Governor of the Central Bank Ajith Nivard Cabraal had discussions with the Governor of Qatar Central Bank (QCB) Sheikh Al-Thani, one of the longest-serving Governors in the world last week.
The duo also discussed ways and means to strengthen Sri Lanka and Qatar economic ties and promote more trade among the two countries. The two Governors also discussed measures to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the two economies as well.
