Sunshine Holdings PLC, in a stock exchange filing said that the Company has completed the acquisition of 12,893,745 shares in Estate Management Services (Private) Limited (EMSPL), which amounts to a purchase of a 40% stake, which was previously held by Pyramid Wilmar Plantations (Private) Limited. Accordingly, the Company is now the sole shareholder of EMSPL.
Sunshine Holdings PLC is a diversified holding company involved in healthcare, agribusiness, fast moving consumer goods and renewable energy.
